Antipodes Global Fund - Long (PIE)
The Antipodes Global Fund - Long (PIE) (the Fund) is one of two PIE-compliant New Zealand-domiciled funds within the Antipodes Investment Funds Scheme. Implemented Investment Solutions (IIS) is the issuer and manager of the Fund, with investment management undertaken by Antipodes Partners Limited (Antipodes). The Fund is registered as an offer within a Managed Investment Scheme under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and is regulated by the FMA.
Antipodes, in conjunction with Pinnacle Investment Management (Pinnacle) promote and distribute the Fund to investors.
Antipodes is a pragmatic value manager of global equities (long only and long-short) founded in 2015 by Jacob Mitchell, former Deputy Chief Investment Officer of Platinum Asset Management, together with a number of former colleagues and like-minded value investors. Antipodes Partners is majority owned by its seasoned investment team and is structured to reinforce both partnership and alignment between investors and the investment team, and a tight focus on the investment management of their concentrated fund offering of global and Asian equites.

|Investment Policy and Objectives||
The Fund provides exposure to a diversified portfolio of international shares which is actively managed. The Fund can only take “long” positions in the securities it holds and cannot short sell or use leverage to generate returns.
The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve absolute returns in excess of the MSCI All Country World Net Index in NZ dollars over the investment cycle (typically 3-5 years).
|Investment Strategy||The Fund invests in the Antipodes Global Fund - Long - UCITS (Underlying Fund) and cash or cash equivalent securities. The Underlying Fund’s investment exposure is predominantly to a broad range of international shares listed on stock exchanges in developed and emerging markets. The Underlying Fund may use exchange traded derivatives for risk management purposes and to achieve equity exposure.|
